Most ADs can't do simple math let alone bring a business plan forward that is profitable vs giving free $$ away

Now that may be true for many of them but hold on a second. There are some places where they do a lot of contracts. Tennessee with TennCare and MN where that guy quit after he got the big Medica contract for Latuda. I think they also contract a lot of the plans in Wisconsin. There are no contracts in many states needed but don't take away the AD"s in the states we need them!!

Most of the good one's have already quit though. Might be good to clean the house out and start from scratch.

Oh Ya Baby. I'm making huge bank on the Medica Latuda Contract! We should send him a nice Christmas card. Will the new guy be able to pull rabbits out of his hat like that? I hope so.

The only thing my Account Director deserves for Christmas is a steam pile of SH#T!! Thanks for doing nothing for all of us down here with Aptiom. You suck.

Why haven't they hired Area Directors for the East or the West? It's been months and months for the East and quite a while for the West.

Can you say managed markets field team optimization? Let the cutting begin!!!!

Well it's now 2016 and there haven't been any wins in my area for Latuda. In fact, we have a step added to us in one account and a PA added in another. My account director didn't even know the PA was added. I learned it from one of my offices and she showed me the formulary update that was sent to them from the plan at the end of December.

Great work managed markets. You guys and gals are doing your usual bang up job!

Let's face it. We hardly have to even talk to offices anymore. Just dropping samples and collecting a GREAT paycheck and a good bonus every quarter or two. Quit busting MM's chops. Look in the mirror and realize we are all mailing it in.

Carl, Sue, Pat, Steve, Todd, Melanie, Paula, Doe, Millie and Don are no longer with us from the lack of leadership of Mike DiFiore. Friday's call was more of the same, we are adrift with a lack of direction.

Mike got rid of 10 people last year and we still have jobs that have been open for months. He is in over his head and needs to go. It will only get worse if he becomes our VP. Welcome to the Titanic.

I thinks we needs to establish those that quit and those that were asked to leave.
Quit: Paula, Todd, Melanie and Millie
Fired/Let go: Carl, Sue, Pat, Don, Doe and Steve

That's a lot of people and some really really really good ones are a few of the ones that quit!

Ummmm... Ya. We got new directors for the east and west. CR took the director position for the CAD's. Jury still out on the guy that took over for the west. Most have made their decisions about the guy who took over the East. Duda's replacement was named too.

We r worried that they are going to start tamping down our expense accounts too. The party may be over :(.

Hey fat cutter, there are only 12 Regional ADs as we speak. Pull your head out of your ass.

As I sit here waiting to board my flight for, yet another, conference in San Francisco I have to say that being in managed markets here is a thankless job. All you snotty nosed and coddled RMD's and Reps should grow a pair and realize we are doing the best with what we are being given. Yes we lost some good managed care people. A couple were really big losses to but those of us who have remained are doing the best we can.

We didn't come up with the managed markets strategy for Aptiom so stop blaming US!! We didn't have any say in a lot of the decisions that have been made about contracts and all that stuff.

So you lazy reps and dm's better start to put on you big boy boots and try working more than 20 hours a week. It goes both way you know.

Oh boo Hoo you lazy managed care account director. You have got to be joshing us. We are not just talking about Aptiom. We are going to get crushed with Lautuda after the recent news from Wisconsin. That affects not just Wisconsin but big plans in Minnesota, California, Michigan... How does Rexulti get placed on formulary ahead of us? We are now the last line and have to fail all other oral meds before Latuda will be approved. Rexulti isn't even contracting any major discounts from what I hear and they beat us? Come on. You guys must be working really hard to lose to all the other APS's including rexulti! Who hired that guy anyway? Off to a great start. Maybe you could lose MN Medicaid and WI Medicaid for us too while you're at it.

I really liked the great success that was shared about ND Medicaid. So they just develop a formulary and put us along with all other APS's on the PDL and that is a major win announcement. Give us all a break. What work went into that "win"? We are not idiots out here. We are more in the know than you think. Get a real win or real save and we will be appreciative. All we've seen so far are major losses and a spin that even a 5th grader could see through. Great work on getting to us the criteria on how to get Latuda filled now that it is the only one not on formulary. A local rep had to get it from one of his offices for us to figure it out? And you guys are casting mud at us reps? Come on. YOU grow a pair and put your big boy boots on!
