I left on my own about a year ago. Better pay and out of the industry. It feels like a true sales job. Meetings by appointment only, ability to negotiate costs and contracts, and my boss doesn't ride with me unless I need help closing a deal upon my request. No more golden handcuffs. Good luck to you all.

Gee. Thank you for sharing! You are doing so well that you thought you would come back and share your insights. If you really did leave on your own, why not share the company you work for? Your name? You left on your own...right? Get the F out of here loser! By the way, I like the golden handcuffs. Making good coin! Great benefits! If I am let go, I get a year of severance. See ya loser!

To all of you who supposedly left. Why are you on this site? You left. You're happy. Why dwell over something that you moved on from. Fact is, NONE, of you left. If you are no longer with the company, it's because you were downsized. Sour grapes. We get it. Move on!

You know, it's no wonder that we can't sell any products when we seem to have a bunch of children comprising the sales organization. Unreal. All of you need to grow up and get it in gear and start selling. GSK was once a proud sales organization. Now, you're incapable of selling products. ROIs on the respiratory salesforces are negative and you guys are having childish back and forths on Cafe Pharma.

You are making good coin now. Until you lose your job and become a rent a rep. Sounds like a grand plan! Then you can ride the pharma contract rollercoaster for years to come. You are traded out just like a piece of old furniture. Completely disposable. Sorry, you might make good coin now, but no one respects you. Good luck with that!
