Life should be color blind. Why do you care the skin color of anyone? You shouldn't.

Cardinal is a sham at diversity. HR and George "buys" its diversity awards through donations to external organizations, but when comes to practice it's still all about white privilege. Minorities beware, avoid this shit hole narrow minded mid west feces hole.

What are you talking about? Have you ever walked around any of our numerous regional distribution centers? They're almost all minorities. Get a clue pal.

So much for the positive affects of the "Diversity Summit", George. But then again, I don't think you ever intended anything to come out of it. MINORITIES STAY AWAY FROM CARDINAL!

Oh that's right, you must be one of the self-righteous minorities that believes in affirmative action and in getting promotions because of the color of your skin/race. Sorry buddy, that's not how the world works. You need to earn your stripes and prove to those above you that you're worthy of working in a management role. I bet you don't even have a 4 year degree let alone an MBA that would qualify you for such a position!

Self righteous? No. Stripes? Plenty. Try living every year of your life as a racial slur. Oh, that's right, your an entitled racist whitey. No such bad luck. 4 year degree, yes. Top tier. MBA, lol... Dumb ass. Gamble much? Go back to fucking your sister.

Minorities, note the above quoted. This is what you'll have to deal with at Cardinal. This guy fancies himself as an intellectual. Only 21 chromosomes.

Well CAH is a good company in many ways, but diversity is an ongoing challenge for them vs other companies ( including their competitors).

George, Carol, Don...paid thousands of dollars for consultants to come and do "Culture Summit" earlier this year. It was nothing more than a gesture, a good intention. Like our other corporate initiatives at Cardinal, it was simply lost and forgotten. We have such lame leaders. They are pitiful and blind to the obvious.

What's up with that fat southern racist bitch in HR, Ola Snow? Who the fuck did she blow to get where she is today?

It's interesting to see how this thread topic has remained at the top of Cafepharma for Cardinal. Unfortunate that it must reflect that serious diversity issues persist at Cardinal. Would be nice if George actually got off his over compensated ass and tried to address the problem.

CAH has been again named as a most friendly place to work if you are part of the LGBT community. That's great, I guess, but someone should look at age and race discrimination which permeates CAH like a cancer.

It's a mid-west company based in "Ohio." There is only so much flex in human nature.
