    You are right. ALL customers are giving strong recommendations their patients, so clearly that wont help get more patients vaccinated.

    Boy am I glad you are my competition for year end reviews!

    Keep making the customers feel guilty about their recommendations and keep making them recite their recommendations for you like they are school kids in a spelling bee. See how often you will be let back in the office. You don't have to badger your customers to get the business. You all have been brain washed by management with this shorten the sales cycle mantra.

    With access getting more and more limited, do you really think it's a good idea to use the little time you get brow beating the customers all of the time. Of course you think it's OK koolaid gulper. You're not seeing the big picture nor is senior management who only stays around a few years until the next set of morons want to come in and crack the whip to get their golden parachute. We shall see how your reviews go when you can't get access anymore after pissing off your customers every time you go in and harass them.

    The guy is actually super short too. Maybe he can audition for a role as an elf this Xmas?

    Ask the VKCL'S how successful it is to be uber aggressive in their accounts. Oh wait, most can't get in them so they are making stuff up or stealing credit from reps that may still have some success with those accounts. You know, the reps that try to treat their accounts with respect and not like dumb children that need to be scolded even though that's what Vaccine leadership want these accounts to be treated like, dumb children that need to be scolded. Curious.

    If anything they can reduce the amount of DCO's and CTL's in Vaccines, they are clueless and worthless to sales productivity.

    Merck Vaccines has a crabs in a barrel culture right now. It's truly a sickening division thanks to the antiquated pharma mentality that invaded the division 10 years ago.

    Is it true that there may be layoffs within the vaccine salesforce that deals with pharmacies?

    Pharmacy reps don't call on pharmacies anymore and will be rolled into the divisions that call on physicians. Pharmacy division will be disbanded by the end of the year. Time to get your resume ready.

    S. Swider, VKCL from Michigan, is one of the biggest backstabbers and butt kissers in the entire company. The corrupt management in Merck love this kind of behavior which is why the company continues to get worse.
