    Hello all,

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and spent some quality time with family and friends. I know I sure did. In my world every day is Thanksgiving as I have the day off and eat and drink with the family and friends and do what I want. Thanks Merck for paying for the huge spread we had at the 15x15 crib. Great eats, wine, Scotch & other libations were had by all!

Finally the weather looks decent again so you know where I'm going to be right? As a matter of fact, we are hitting the course in the next hour so I better head off to the club now.......

Just wanted to check in, take care everyone!

    Regards,

    The 15x15 Guy

Happy Thanksgiving 15 guy! Merck paid for my bakery and boose this year! I'm saving my RFMs for Christmas where I intend to go all out and really do damage!

    FU MERCK!

    Hello all,

I've dialed it down so far that I'm hardly doing anything anymore related to Merck. I check and send some emails, sometimes from another time zone when I'm on one of my golfing junkets like I was a couple weeks ago. Golfing 36 holes a day at a posh resort when your time card says you are working is awesome! It's like Merck is sponsoring me to golf with my buddies!

I still have my provider friends that I can see at a moments notice in case the boss wants to do a field day. That is the benefit of having great relationships from many years in this industry. My manager has been really cool as long as I never make him/her look bad. I don't really trust anyone in the district and only a few in our region who I've known for a long time.

The company lies and screws us all the time and upper management will turn their back on you quickly if you ever really need their help so I don't feel guilty at all doing what I do. I've seen butt kissers win awards when they were ranked 4th in their district and I've seen top reps suddenly become incompetent when they start going grey a little.

I'm gonna keep milking this gig for as long as possible. Gotta get going now, we have a tee time in less than 30 minutes.

    Regards,

    The 15x15 Guy

Shoot, we have probably been playing side by side on the same courses. Look for me, I have two Vioxx driver covers! Buy you a beer in the clubhouse. FU Merck.

I'm right there with you. I wouldn't lift a finger to improve my sales. I simply don't care at all about this company, as evil as it's become. It doesn't matter anyhow. FU Merck.

    Hello all,

I see another post where people were wondering if I was still around. The answer is yes and no. Yes, I'm still on the Merck payroll but no, I'm not really working much at all. The reason I haven't been on the board for a while is that I've been very busy.

I recently purchased a condo on a golf resort in Florida. I have been spending a lot of time down there getting it remodeled. I go down there for a least a week at a time and a couple times I've been down there for two weeks straight without using any of my vacation time! I have not told my manager or anybody that I work with that I bought the condo. Only my family and close golfing buddies know about it.

I can check all of my email and do my reports from there as well. I have only been in the field working about 7 days in the last 4 months. Usually I attend the grand rounds conference every couple weeks and talk to whoever I need to while I'm there. If my manager wants to do a field visit, I just call up a couple doctor friends and set up some face to face time or a lunch.

My wife drives the company car while I'm gone and I call my catering friend to deliver lunches to select offices or departments and get the receipts from him later. This way it looks like I'm in the field working hard!

This is by far the best situation that anyone could ever wish for. My manager is pretty much hands off and leaves me alone but I make sure to always speak highly of him/her with their superior and other upper brass.

I don't give a damn what anyone thinks about my style or feel guilty doing it. I used to care and give the company the extra 10% but after seeing them put the screws to many, many friends and colleagues over the past 10 years or so I've decided to take the check and do as little as possible and live my life without the hassle and stress.

If you are one of those that still feel that you need to give the extra and wish to brown nose your way to the top and think it's gonna help, I'm not gonna judge you and I no longer care. I know many people in this company that did that and in the end it didn't matter. They were shown the door like they were just a piece of trash.

I still plan to check in from time to time and give you updates & will try to respond to any inquiries. If you see the guy at the next meeting with a smirky smile and drinking a nice single malt scotch in the bar being totally relaxed, that could very well be me. My best to all of you!

    Regards,

    The 15 x 15 Guy

Your behavior is unethical and you are stealing money from the company and its stakeholders. HR will find you and kick your arse out the door. Your are a lazy slackard!

The dick is also a stid fuck, real estate transactions are public record. I have contacted HR requesting a cross reference of reps and purchases. Nail is ass to the cross!

Your manager is correct but he didn't give you the entire story. He is being prosecuted for embezzlement, what a justified end to such a scumbag!
