I heard that certain people are going to be harassed until quit or make a mistake that will get them fired. Watch out for extra field visits and bogus FTRs. Anything you say can an will be used against you. Your counterparts are being feed vicious gossip about you personally, your work ethic, etc. Expect to be singled out and embarrassed during team meetings, teleconferences and in front of customers. Expect to have your comments or participation dismissed or ignored. Expect to be "coached" that you don't meet the minimum competencies and given vague, or ridiculous suggestions to improve. Expect to be attacked your style and personality, tone of voice and especially a southern accent. Remember," A Black man has no rights that a white man is bound to respect" So you will not get any assistance from HR etc., they will back whatever the CTL says. The goal is to destroy you.

Just remember that revenge is a dish best served cold. You can pretty much destroy anyone on social media and CP is anonymous. So call out those illicit affairs, laxatives, or drugs found in the glove compartment of your managers car. Does your superior have kids. Find out where they got to school. Plant rumors about them through organizations they belong to. They have websites for pretty much every organization. Expose their dirt without remorse. Make sure to spread rumors about the parents at the kids school! It's not difficult.i can't emphasize this enough. Think that's getting low? Look what they did to your family!

This has been happening to whites for about the last ten years or so. Spare us the racist bull.

It is all the continuing efforts of the left to stir up racial turmoil e.g U of M, black lives matter etc.. Screw their efforts!

The real issue is that racism is NORMALIZED. Because you see it as NORMAL to mistreat other people based on their skin color, you resist any effort to establish equality among ALL people. It is irrational to favor whites in every aspect of culture and activity between people. Time to get over your racism aka white supremacy aka white privilege and help nation that respects a values ALL people.

It would be nice if we could consider many of these scum people. Why not begin by talking about Paris, Baltimore, Ferguson. Begin with the truth and facts not agendas. You are not influencing me one iota. Now get some personal responsibility and become a productive member of society.

I was a CTL for many years. If anything, I was highly encouraged to hire minorities. Even got rewarded with NMIP points from time to time. I had to performance manage 5 people out of the company over the years ( 3 white and 2 minority ).

On average it took 1 year and a modest stack of paperwork to remove the white employees and 2+ years and an enormous amount of documentation to remove one minority candidate, the other got lucky and switched districts after 2 years during a re alignment and the clock started over for her.

The "lucky" employee accused me of forcing my team to promote out of label where I was investigated like a wild animal even after being exonerated by the other 11 team members of my successful and diverse team.

I call BS to the gentleman who thinks Merck would EVER target a minority. Would not look good in Working Mother or Ebony magazine editorials.

Thomas L. Lyon III is a prime example of leadership setting the tone for a toxic environment.

Agree, nobody should ever be judged by the color of their skin...oh wait, I forgot about Black Lives Matter, and their belief that ONLY black lives matter. Oh well, back to the way we were.
