Whatever man this jobs rocks. I was working at Old Navy and now I'm driving around in a free Equinox and making calls to my boyfriend through the bluetooth on my blackberry.

That's fine. It's the ones just below them that know where all the dirt is hidden. I wouldn't hesitate to burn them if the time is right.

Not sure where you're located but it's not true in Dermatology. I have over 10 years experience in Dermatology and am one of the least experienced in my area.

It is also false that reps here are unethical. The problems stem from home office decision making and have nothing to do with reps. I've worked at other companies where a unethical culture was abundant with reps but Valeant is not one of those companies.

The company had been very rep friendly and has paid well for performance. Times are a little crazy right now but I am still really thankful I'm working here.

You might not like what I have to say but I wanted to share the facts.

Dead end job soon to be ran to the ground. Valeant is a dead end company. Smart reps have left or on their way out this hole!

Blackberry? Who the hell has a BB? That was 10 years ago. That company doesn't even exist. you were folding shirts at old navy and know selling Derm products? no wonder docs laugh at reps. no credibility. when will docs stop access and taking important time in day to listen to someone do a 2 minute dump of useless info. soon.

Very true as hard as I want to admit it. Totally different ball game when I go in doctor's offices now. I sense many of my providers who own the practice just don't wanna hear the bull or anything from me. It's messed up. I should've seen this coming all along. Thinkin of getting out pharma all together.

There are so many opportunities out there why would anyone in their right mind go from one messy division to another.... It's still Valeant!! You're asking for reps in their current position to apply to the new positions so you can get paid on your commission. Unless it's an entirely new company under different boards and CEO why bother?? We r trying to get out this crap of a company, not put up with the same shit same crappy working environment and same useless DM's.
