You all think too much! Stop thinking, just obey and pretend everything will be ok in 2016 when JG rolls out the acceleration plan, it will be a magic formula that fixes everything wrong with Alcon in an instant. Just like magic!
Something tells me if he had the answers he would have done it by now. I think the "solution" is coming from Novartis.
he too is a robot, working for NVS is like being assimilated into the Borg. NBS is the hive, resistance is futile. "We are the Borg. Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile."
Alcon must be saving serious $$$ not having to but toilet paper with all the AH licking going on... cleanest regional manager AHs in the world too!
Could not agree more! He is the one and only person in allcon who have had his staff throw wine at his face!!! Hey water boy how does it taste?
What happened to the person? Did he get a promotion? Waterboy was it a Merlot or Carbernet Savarnion?
its worse than china mess, but RL will be spared because he is european unlike NH who was asian though both mess are similar!
Alcon Asia has gone from bad to worst under the JG's "new"management. Blind leading the blind, robots obeying robots. Management by assumption. Surely this cannot end well.
The biggest problem the newbies have is that they want all of the relevant information about any topic in 3 bullet points on a pretty slide with pleasant colors. Then after 3 months of this they say "oh, this business is so complex, we must do a deep dive with an outside firm, because no one here from NVS or Sandoz understand it, so it must be impossible!" Never mind the hundreds of Alcon people who do understand it....
Alcon's biggest problem is NVS. Plain and simple. Our competitors are jumping with joy and eating our lunch while the newbies scratch their heads wondering why it's all falling apart. If you don't understand what's wrong with it, how can you fix it? This will be one massive fail and in the end it will all get blamed on poor execution by the people in the markets.
