WMT to Hire Microport Employees

Is it true that in January Wright is going to begin a wave of hiring of Microport (former WMT) employees to come back and help this sinking ship?

 

Aren't we already doing that?

 

If Wright is a sinking ship then MicroPort is a...... Submarine????

 

Anyone who has been let go by MP and are now at the new and improved Wright how do you like it? And do you recommend I try to go back home? Was part of the reduction in force.

 

New and improved? I suggest you call some of you former WMT fellow employees.

I think Wright should have a microport job fair

 

Wright have a job fair, that is the funniest thing I have heard all week. Is BP suggesting as part of the willingness to refer initiative? Morale is at an all time low, sales are down and people are jumping ship while others are getting get laid off. The Cherry road expansion will turn to an empty lot soon.

 

Wright recruited several Medtronic employees. I know several who regret leaving Medtronic to have joined a sinking ship with low morale.

Will be interesting to see what happens to these folks.

 

If your living in memphis, doesn't matter if your working for medtronic, smith and nephew, or wright. They're all the same. Just take the money and run.

 

I bet - the culture at Medtronic is very laid back. Wright expects people to work!

 

Yeah right. Ever seen what doesn't go on at cherry road? Other than the endless food caterings? Worthless POS folks there. Wouldn't know the meaning of work if you gave them a Webster's.
