Does Christopher Urban work at Philidor? A Kare network?

The reason I ask is that he is mentioned as an email correspondent in the Kaufman lawsuit but I can't find his tie to Philidor.

Instead there is a Christopher Urban that runs Kare specialty and mail order pharmacy in Florida. Also associated with some other pharmacies. That Christopher J. Urban has banking background and Philadelphia University of Sciences. If that is the one, can't figure out why he would be referenced in the R&O matter except if R&O number was also be used through Kare.

That would essentially put Kare as possibly another Philidor level entity, but at this point the connections are not absolutely concrete. If there was indeed another Christopher Urban that was at Philidor, it wouldn't be AS sinister, but if this is that Christopher Urban, then Valeant probably has some explaining to do about Kare pharmacy as well.
