How many agents work at Philidor?

I checked the PA WARN notices but nothing is there for Philidor. Seems odd for a company that has announced that they are shutting down and has been said to have 500 or more employees.

Standard square feet per call center FTE is 175-200. So 230k square ft is probably 1100-1400 employees (space to grow into).

PA WARN notices must go out at least 60 days prior to loss of employment. Valeant said Philidor will still be working into January to wind up; maybe will be seen in December WARN listing? Or maybe this process will be taking longer than Valeant estimates, even though most think their "special" relationship ended on 30 October?

Can you confirm their square footage?

Why does the square footage matter to anyone?

(Related, kind of, at least in a square-footage sort of way: Valeant was supposed to double their own office space at headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ, from 300,000 sq. ft to 620,000 sq. ft. This was announced in August, before all The Troubles began, possibly arranged by Pearson's brother-in-law, who is on the Valeant payroll as their real estate guy. Is this still going through? Are people starting to move into new offices in Bridgewater, and are they filling the space with anticipated new hires? Or is everything on hold now?)

I was one of 1100 people on the list when we received formal notice this past week that we'd all be laid off (from Philidor). I have heard nothing of them keeping or rehiring anyone from Philidor.

You know the SEC has a whistleblower lawsuit program in place? You should look into that.

I wonder what will happen to the employees who shared inside information. I read Philidor made employees sign a new confidentiality agreement after the R&O lawsuit. They obviously knew employees would jump at the chance to say something. Also heard Philidor is threatening law suits against employees. You'd think they would be worried about the lawsuits filed against them, instead of blaming employees for their shady practices. Poor employees…they lose their job and get sued.

Busy B and the few others who talked got paid for their bogus stories. Don't feel too bad for them, maybe that money will help pay for their attorney fees.

Sounds like Philidor was probably engaged in massive insurance fraud. No judge or jury would convict someone for reporting it. Management at Philidor sounds like they are in total denial and blaming others for their probable illegal behaviour.

    "Fraud Exception
Nolo states that in no instance can a confidentiality agreement bar a person from reporting fraudulent activity in the event that someone subject to an NDA discovers it. As an example, if a person who is subject to an NDA discovers that the party that they are under contract with is engaging in tax fraud, the person subject to the NDA cannot be barred from reporting the fraud under the public policy exception as the contract is not enforceable in that instance. This holds true for laws at the state or federal level. The contract signer not reporting the activity and/or actively participating in the fraudulent activity harms the public good and is not protected just because an NDA is in play. On a related note, if the contract contains fraudulent details or is agreed to under false pretenses, the contract cannot be enforced."

And besides, the attorneys would have a field day with discovery. Then the management of Philidor would be in even worse trouble. Only downside for Philidor to sue. Go ahead and sue Philidor!

There is so much employees should be able to sue for at zphilidor especially the HR director! Any other business that gal would have been sued and out the door! Unprofessional and has no clue the role of an HR director

Both Philidor and Valeant need to be sued!! MP, Ari and all their boys at home office knew of all this. MP and Ari gave specific instructions to Philidor to do whatever it took to get the scripts through. Horrible!
