Thanks. Is there a public place to check?

  2. Easiest way is google. :)

For D&A, the license information is here: https://appsmqa.doh.state.fl.us/irm00praes/prassupv.asp?LicId=14760&ProfNBR=2205

For SafeRX, the info is here:
    https://npidb.org/organizations/suppliers/community-retail-pharmacy_3336c0003x/1780013995.aspx

The New Jersey Board of Pharma doesn't tell you much other than the fact that a license exists. You have to search under SafeRX (business search), not James Fleming or Raas Pharmacy Inc.

There was a RAAS LLC formed in Delaware in January 2014 (5464653) using the same Registered Agent as Philidor appears to have used for all its LLCs, but I don't know if they are connected. Once I found the connection a bit over a month ago I stopped digging on this one.

How did you find all these?

Valeant’s statement on Mr. Hempton’s (Bronte Capital) post:

Short sellers have been making false, unsubstantiated claims about Valeant for months in an attempt to drive down our stock price, and today’s allegations also contain significant inaccuracies. Valeant has already disclosed that 7.2% of our sales this year through the third quarter went through specialty pharmaceutical channels, and that has not changed. As we have said, in October we decided it was appropriate to sever our relationship with Philidor after allegations about their business practices came to light. The entities mentioned today appear to have been formed on or prior to 8/18/2015, based on public records. Furthermore, our board of directors has appointed an ad hoc committee to review allegations related to Valeant’s business relationship with Philidor and related matters.

That doesn't sound like a very strong denial. Why is the fact that the entities were formed on or prior to 8/18/2015 relevant? And I wonder when the ad hoc committee is going to make their findings public.

Gary Tanner has been cut off by Valeant. It would certainly not be surprising if he is trying to get new pharmacies off the ground. It is his profession.

It would also not be surprising for Valeant to establish new pharmacies. Every major RX co has the right, and does establish a multidude of pharmacies. Nothing is wrong here. Hempton is showing desperation in his short and would be wise to cover here with a healthy profit.

If all these companies are related to Phillidor and thus, related to Valeant, it begs the question, why do these little companies exist.

Most well managed companies I know of usually liquidate/wind up empty shell companies so that they can avoid having to consolidate account with little companies and also reduce the costs of managing these little companies - even if it to file financial account and tax returns. It's an administrative headache.

If something smells, off - trust the instinct. Having so many companies smells off. I hope Phillidor or Valeant can explain.

Jeez Andy, make your identity more obvious. Absence of denial and resorting to ad hominem attacks in the face of overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing is one of the sure most factors of guilt.

The fact that Pearson planned, organized and started Philidor 1.0 with Laizer and the Medicis crew, then was planning Philidor 2.0 to make Valeant a top 5 pharma despite no R&D and based only on McKinsey fraud (full of McKinsey/Harvard Business School parasites). Laizer thought you were crazy and left (after making $50-100M). Pearson, does your greed have no bounds?

Andy Davenport's completely delusional Twitter account, Truth About Valeant or something, show's a low-flying black helicopter. Keep in mind his phantom pharmacies he registered on behalf of Cowen/Pearson were based on Stephen King, and the Shop, armed with it's assassins and low-flying black helicopters, are a trademark Stephen King cliche. lol.

    He's not very intelligent.

    PS - LOL @ multi"dude".

Andy, you're going to be plowed by Multi-Dudes in the penn alright!

How do you know that Tanner has been 'cut off'?

According to his Linked In page, Tanner has not been cut off by Valeant. He currently states he is"Executive Director - Commercial Analysis and Analytics at Medicis" from Sept. 2010 to Present. Medicis is one of the companies owned by Valeant, bought by Valeant in 2011 (I think it was 2011.) So he still is on the Valeant payroll, at least according to his Linked In page.

One thing though is I am almost certain he has changed his Linked In page since everything went ass over teakettle with the Valeant/Philidor story. I think I remember looking at his page just when information was coming out, and that Tanner's employment history was more like Medicis 2010-2012, Valeant 2012-midyear 2015, Philidor midyear 2015-present. I could be wrong on this. Does anyone else have that recollection? Who were the people that got "severance pay" from Valeant in 2015, but then immediately showed up working for Philidor?

Anyway, Tanner is saying that he is currently employed at Medicis, and Medicis is Valeant.

Not defending Gary here, but I worked for him and have checked his linkedin from time to time, and 100% sure he hasn't updated linkedin in over a year.

There's a lot of interesting info here and I dont know anything for certain, he has extensive experience with the pharmacy business and so my gut tells me that he is now moving on past valeant/philidor and starting his own personal pharmacy venture.

    We do what we know.

Why would he do that when he's an accountant/auditor first and foremost? He has 0 formal medical/pharmaceutical training.

Especially considering the situation, why wouldn't he just go get a bank job or accounting job given his extensive credentials (BA & MBA in Accounting, 4 years as auditor at PwC etc). With all this heat on him (insane heat score), why would he go and try to register another phantom pharmacy? That's the equivalent of being under investigation for 3 homicides and then and going out of state to purchase 2 Glocks with silencers.

Oh, Gary Tanner? One of Jonah's loyal men? Jonah the psychopath who raped, gagged, bound her legs and her hands behind her back and hung his girlfriend off his balcony like a trophy then claimed not to have been home. Oh, he smashed in her skull in to the point her brains splattered everywhere then wrote something on her wall in her own blood.

Local PD deemed it a "suicide". Jonah released a statement saying for everyone to stop assuming it was anything but a suicide and to "respect" the decision of the Sheriff. He then went on like nothing happened.

1ST of all never put much credibility to LinkedIn it's a good resource but heck mine isn't even accurate. The other person of interest who has changed his LinkedIn since Oct is Dean Griffin . I also think he deleted one act and created another, No mention of Medicis or Valeant. Could be another Dean g but his connections say it is him.
His name is rarely mentioned in all of this yet he was instrumental to Philidor kick off

This is another point that could be investigated, more for fun than anything else. It appears Tanner and Griffin did not have exp. in medical or pharma. If someone ever took the time to look into the backgrounds of the "Superiors" at Philidor your mind would blow. There were a number of people who started off with Philidor that had extensive medical/pharma backgrounds, training/management/payroll/sales etc. Very few of these people were ever placed in any "Superior" positions. However some who hadn't even been in the workplace in 15 yrs. or came from a complete non -relatable industry were promoted. Its easy now to figure out they needed Tanner/Griffin for #'s and making the books look good. They did not want anyone with experience in many roles because one would question things.
