Is it me or do we have some pycho/social paths on the Amgen board?

It's one thing to complain or talk gossip. It's another thing to wish people were homeless and can't feed their families. If this is educated America, then I am scared of what this country is becoming.

 

The entire company is full of them

 

The culture of a company is simply a reflection of its leadership.

When one has leaders that are only interested in the never ending pursuit of power,ego & money then the company,as a human entity,is sure to fail.

What I mean by this is the company may be fine as a source of profits but as a destination on a daily basis where one is to spend the majority of their waking day forget it....it is toxic.

In regards to the commercial dept this is down to both AH & RH.Now you can't blame these fellas for their lack of humanity or empathy,or their never ending quest for a dictatorial structure as that is who they are,that is their personalities,that is their characters.

However allowing this toxic culture to flourish is where the problem lay & there is only one person,in my humble opinion,that you can hang the blame on here & that person is BB.

Why does everyone at Amgen hate onyx reps or employees for n SSF?

 

All of the decent good hearted people of Amgen left after last VTP. That was the last wave of them. Those who remain are either new (less than 7 years) or social paths who only care about their career and are willing to throw any one under the bus to reach their goals. Amgen people are scared of Onyx taking their jobs so they make a toxic environment more toxic to discourage Onyx from integrating. They want Onyx jobs because they are mediocre and can't find jobs elsewhere and are willing to do whatever it takes to get jobs once held by Onyx for their own security.

Amgen is full of the worst human beings working there now. Watching this demise is like watching Beverly Hills turn into Compton.

I'm glad I took VTP. I hear the stories of how unwelcoming Amgen folks have been and how much animosity exist between them and Onyx. The old Amgen respected and welcomed Immunex. This Amgen is just horrific.

Most have started rferring to these people as "IRAs" -- Ignorant Ranting Amgenites". These pepople represent everything that is wrong with Amgen and its culture. While only a few in numbers, they have created a nasty impression of the work force.

 

Damn PSR probably couldn't get through PSYCH 101....what do you expect from these clowns?

 

Amgen wanted to keep Immunex folks and welcomed them into the family to build together

This Amgen is full of egos and power hungry leadership jealous if Onyx succeeded on their own that their value would be diminished so they did whatever they could to get control of the Kyprolis and let go as many Onyx people as possible. The complete opposite of the Immunex acquisition.
