    Yep

Unless you are unemployed don't come here. Wherever you are and as bad as you think it is this place is worse!!! Keep your chin up and keep looking. If you bite on this one you will be looking for something else immediately, or stay a year so your resume doesn't look too bad.

Great conversation with recruiter (last week) who told me the "recruiters" are staying away from AM because they wont get paid their finders fee due to the FACT people bail once they get the real taste of this company. Also, "company's" themselves are reluctant to hire someone from AM because they all know you're must likely taking something/anything just to get the frig out of here!!!

    AND THAT'S THE REAL STORY!

The fact that applied lies about compansation has worked for me with recruiters so far.

Yeah for me, its been OK because some of the recruiters are capable of understanding the "CLUSTER FUCK" this company is!

You lose all credibility when you cannot spell correctly.

Don't deflect in spelling. The fact is compensation is a not what applied tells people when they get hired. Or when the comp plans come out.

Not unless your name is Grosshans or Donohue. There is not a TM or specialist in this company that can make $250 in a year here.
