What does the comp package look like for the spine division? Have a recruiter calling me, but not sure if its worth it. I make $120k right now all expenses paid and great quality of life working for a life science company.

 

you will probably be $150k in spine but need to pay all expenses. Most likely you are better off where you are now.

 

$175k at plan in spine

 

truly depends if the job is direct or distributor. Direct always pays better

 

even if you get a direct position it wont be a good region. The days of $175k plus are over.
