we are speaking of district or regional managers my friend.......imagine an area being successful for years, like the RTP..........then they change managers...some retired , some on rotation to Philly........and bring in young rotation salesladies to try out as manager over you.....this area was turned upside down due to the fact that GSK landed here......they did it just to try out young reps, and a very poor sales skills and people skills in-house youngster.

 

Well, there come a time when one says enough is enough and heads out or they suck it up, despite problems, and continue on. Your choice.
