CTL position is awesome. When I am on the phone with her, she usually in the car with her kids or at home-based office leading a teleconference with kids playing in the background. So refreshing from the old days of 2 full day field visits. Telecommuting has really helped to free up Management's time. CTL is a position to aspire to.

 

Challenge is selling where a customer is required to write a check...its the ultimate in needing good products, good people skills and providing customer service..
