Take pride in what you do and how you approach your job. The fact you're still there means you are employed and not one of the many people on unemployment lines. If you're still there whether you do your job or not, thank God for a paycheck. I left there about 6 years ago and I would go back in a New York minute. Is it perfect there? Nope. But you are responsible for yourself, your actions, and attitude. BTW I work in NJ and I am not a manager at AZ now or associated with the company in any way. Don't assume I work there now. There are plenty of people willing to work at AZ. I am one of them. If you sit on your arse and expect your manager or someone to motivate you get another job. There's plenty out there for non-thinkers and unmotivated people. It's called welfare. I really wish you stopped complaining about AZ. AZ paid my mortgage and sent my kids to private school for 7 years. Again it wasn't perfect at AZ but I loved the people. Good positive people eager to come in to work and put in an effort.
