50 laid off in Delaware today. What's going on?

Although it has been going on slowly since 2010, the weeding out process will expand in the next 3 months. Many tenured people will be forced out from EBD and CBD positions as well as many RADs. It is about time we got rid of these over paid incompetent losers.

 

Yes and since you're part of the "we" who wants to get rid of the incompetent losers, rest assured that everyone out there agrees with you. You can be sure you have a job and the loyalty of management. You are, in fact, the "we" of AZ. You are untouchable and part of the in crowd. Like Chuck Sheen, look in the mirror and say, "winning!"

 

I am not saying anyone is safe from the next round of layoffs. I am just glad to see that the process of culling out the worthless EBDs and CBDs is continuing. The only thing they are good at is racking up travel award points at the company's expense.

 

They're not so gradually trying to make their inglorious exit from Delaware; they've already shed most of their real estate and they're forcing people to relocate to Gaithersburg. Mark my words, their presence in Delaware a year from now will be nonexistent.

 

Because reps work all day right? Ha
