For those other EBD's out there that are existing AZ, how you feeling? So Tosh, please help those in position for EBD & CBD positions on why they should take a IDP seriously when you just go to your friends at GSK to backfill positions?
The IDP is a complete joke. It results in nothing. There is no "career" here. Just a lot of hot air and busy work!
