Horizon should Buy Nuvo(canadian company that created P2.)

Can someone explain to me why Horizon doesn't just buy out the little Canadian company that created/manufactures and owns Pennsaid 2%....?
It is a cheap little company and they could gain the world wide rights to P2, then we could sell it everywhere, and not just in the U.S. Horizon could pick it up very cheap!
I know of many oppertunities to promote and sell P2 abroad, and it would gain even more sucess than what it has been doing here. Seems like a no brainer to me...

I have reviewed the Canadian company that Owns Pennsaid 2% and they have an impressive pipeline of products and Horizon could pick them up cheap, cheap, cheap!
If they don't, then someone else will. The U.S. dollar exchange rate into Canadian dollars makes it almost seem unfair for them, and allows Horizon to get an impressive little company for next to nothing!

 

You dumbass. You can buy Pennsaid equivalents OTC across the majority of the world. Only in the US do you get to patent "magical" formulations of generic medicines and then charge consumers / insurers ridiculous prices for these "miracle cures" that doctors (err speakers) demand their patients have access to.

 

How nieve you really are, the world wide rights are going to dwarf what Horizon is making in the U.S. So stupid you are!

 

Now that the Depomed bid has been pulled, we could hear any day now that the new Horizon target will be to take-over Nuvo Research(T.NRI)
It makes the most sense and they can pick them up for next to nothing given the strength of the U.S. Dollar vs the Canadian dollar, exchange rate is at least $1.33 in our favor, for every $1 Canadian, so as you can see, there is a steep discount in the exchange if we buy them out! They have a very strong pipeline of various drugs!
Do it now before the market discovers the value in this company.

Definitely a worthwhile investment and could be the acquisition to put Horozon back on the map.

 

Absolutely, taking over the complete P2 franchise would be a profitable transaction for the Horizon, and the pipeline would just be a bonus.

Recently Horizon extended their agreement for Nuvo to supply Pennsaid 2 for an addition 7 years ....why no press release . Also it was agreed to discount the cost as volumes increased. Any inside info someone would like to share ?? Is Horizon bidding for world rights to sell P2 ?

 

It's only a matter of time!
P2 has been a goldmine for Horizon.

 

Hopefully we'll learn more at the NSM next week. So excited to be a part of this company...definitely can't wait, all good things happening!!!
