Keep it up. There are options to defend against harassment by management.

Start with yourself. You have led your team to the bottom ever since you became a Vaccine DCO.

It won't be long before he joins another annoying leader whose initials are AE. We all thought she would never go away but thank God she did. It will happen. His supporters are few and far between. He makes new enemies on a daily basis.

Most of the other DCO's can't stand him. You know you are a bad leader when not only the reps despise you but managers and directors too. They are all waiting for him to screw up again, which he will, and report him for another policy violation because he will do anything to get ahead, including breaking the rules.

You also know you are a bad leader when you are named in threads going back several years. He is a natural born arrogant blowhard who brings no value to the sales force.

He's behaves as a coward by making his CTL's do all the dirty work. He tries to act like he is cool and laid back but he controls every little aspect of what he wants reps to do. He just makes the CTL's carry it all out. He lacks leadership skills and a backbone.

He's not wanted at other pharmaceutical companies either. TL is legendary. He better pray he doesn't get canned from Merck.

No new vaccines coming soon. His favorite adult vaccines Pneumovax 23 and Zostavax are no longer relevant. He is overpaid and not needed anymore. Time for someone younger and with a smaller salary.

If people keep not vaccinating, there's some job security.

Miss him. He was an alright dude who knew his stuff unlike the upper management team now. Sad.

Mark was good. Too bad he was let go in a questionable manner.

There will be some job security but they don't need us all. We haven't had a new vaccine in over 15 years. We're lucky many of us are still here, especially the VIOXX/Fosamax folks.

I hope the new vaccines are still on track to be approved or else there could be some trouble.
