Whoa, is someone wearing their sensitive sandals?

This poster has had them on for a year plus, panties, not sandals. Someone can't sleep at night, still sour over their effort that was rolling downhill from the start. Now you just look pathetic.

Going 1099 is the best thing that's happenend in awhile. I get points back and my bag just got fatter with the extra side business. I will make around 75-100k extra in 2016, and all the douchebags that try but can't manage can go suck on it now. Couldn't be happier.

What is the comp plan now that it is turning into a distributorship? Are they making reps pay for shipping costs, replacing instruments, inventory, etc?
    Thoughts anyone?

Remember the reps hold some leverage with things like these. Do Not sign any sort of contract with Stryker until you negotiate what you want. Talk with your surgeons now about maybe jumping ship with you if stryker is not going to pay you what you need. Talk with your competitor reps about possibly joining forces and you bringing your doctors with you. You can get a Fat gaurentee from any company if your bringing some volume with you. Stryker will try and take advantage of the reps but hold your ground. Do not let their threats ruin your day, you have the control. Do not sign anything until your needs are met. Trust me, they can afford it and would rather pay you then let volume go. Make sure they can't screw you over after a year because they will try as you beat them at their game. Have the talks ASAP with your surgeon, show Stryker your relationship is stronger then their product, and you will walk if need be. Good Luck AZ

This is good feedback. I went back and forth for a few months with Stryker until they finally gave me what I was asking for. If you are at a facility that has a few vendors on contract reach out and ask other companies what they might offer for conversion business. When a company hears the word conversion, they start to listen. Have the talks with your surgeons NOW.

Golly gee, is it true Kich? I get points back and the freedom to do my own withholding, find my own health insurance which surely I can get a better premium for than Stryker as a group ever could, write off my own expenses which I hear is far better than getting reimbursed for them, set up my own retirement account with no matching which is Soooo much better than the corporate plan, deduct my mileage which I hear is also much better than being reimbursed, oh wow AND I get to manage all of the vendor credentialing services and pay their nominal annual fees. It will be nice to pay for our own office space and delivery and support people too, much better that corporate doing that for sure. This is gonna be great! Guess we can all make it up with the "extra side business" selling the abundance of products that are out there that do not exist in the Stryker portfolio. I'm sure Stryker management will be happy to hear that we are going to be diversifying. Time to get the tattoo removed and learn a new secret handshake. Biggest question is who's going to keep paying the customers?

Lol. Someone scared. Run your own business jackass, watch your life improve. You are that little kid who sucked on the tit until you were 12. Time to grow up.
