Brex Launch Meeting

Oh jeez it wasn't that bad at all. And the role playing was minimal. Some people complain for the sake of complaining.

 

I agree, it was not bad. It was a descent meeting and was not too long like the other poster said it would be.

 

It was without a doubt, the WORST launch meeting I have ever attended. And I can tell you, every single person I spoke with felt the same way. Lundbeck's management is so far out of touch with the salesforce, that it is beyond belief. Also, the 7 to 8 calls per day for a specialty territory is laughable. It simply ain't gonna happen.

Yes, we have taken a major turn towards big pharma. The culture is no different here that any other big pharma company.

 

Not too long? Are you serious? Now they want us to do a survey on the meeting! Why should we? We did the last survey, and have NEVER heard another word about the results, because they were terrible for the company. They had a great opportunity to present the results at our meeting and they chose not to because it made them look terrible.

After this meeting, people are really dreading the meeting in February, because we will have to role play even more at that one because it lasts all week!

 

New Gamma here, and new to the company. In my opinion it was pretty tame for a launch/NSM. I came from big biotech and it was much, much worse in regards to the kool aid drinking and role playing. This past meeting felt like a mini vacation in Orlando compared to the torture I've been through.

 

Beta here, this meeting was much better than when we launched Brintellix. We were able to be with our teams and did not have to be with another company the whole time, which included, well over a thousand people.

 

It was dragged out too long. Should have left on Wednesday. We shouldn't have to go over a vis aid for 2 whole days, I mean come on! They could have used the money paid out on this meeting for samples, MDD starter packs and more copay cards! It's ridiculous how few samples and 0 MDD starter packs, we received! I mean we ARE trying to launch this thing right? Jeez!

 

Dumb to have another meeting and in the dead of winter. Wait till March when most of us don't get snow storms and stranded. Insanity.

 

Big Biotech? Whatever that means how much coin did you get from Lundy to come over?
