    Can someone please tell what the hell Stryker is thinking by letting an incompetent person head the recon team for Stryker anaheim?!?

    Her rep in the awful inland empire is comicial! She is so rude to scrub techs and hospital staff. I personally wrote a letter to Stryker HQ desribing how unprofessional Sarah and Brenda are. So many complaints ranging from inappropriate sexual commitments made to co workers to inappropriate relationships with surgeons.

    Stryker you should be ashamed of yourself. Or maybe your moving away from the college jock approach and now letting people like Sarah and Brenda represent your company. Not a good look esp now that Stryker recon is being pushed out of every hosp due to contracting.

    It helps that she is female as stryker recon is more likely to forgive missteps by women to ensure no lawsuits and the female management ratio is adequate. many more males have been dismissed or rif d than females over the last several years. Top recon management remains a boys club however. Maybe she has pictures of bh or cob with escorts Did you register a complaint with compliance hot line to have this investigated?

    No, I won't file a compliant. They didn't do anything to harm my position or did they do anything illegal. They are both sleezy sales professionals. I remember when Brenda was going through a major HR ordeal. A coverage rep (female) accused Brenda of making sexual comments about her sex life that were completely inappropriate. Brenda somehow managed to stay on w Stryker and the coverage rep quit. Let that had happened to a man!

    Wow, I looked at this board randomly and am reassured to see how those Stryker folks are perceived as it is accurate. SS is known to be DL dating NC. My VERY reliable source indicates this has gone on for some time. Idk who her boss is but I imagine his/her hands are tied as I've seen so much turnover out of this crew. They got rid of some really liked, intelligent reps, either by fire or forcing them to quit. I pray they keep SS because it's been great business for me!

    A male exhibiting Brenda s behavior would be fired imediately. Agree filing a complaint would be useless because the HR dept constantly caves to cob or bh in cases like these where there's a female involved or a rep is killing it on quota and they don't want to lose the business. Different case if you are not meeting quota ore you get on someone's badside..all are in agreement and you're gone...total hypocrisy and inconsistency in enforcing compliance. Par for the course here though.

    I remember when she worked in VA. She was a train wreck. Single 40 old prego women. A HR nightmare.

    See #2 above. She's female and Stryker is afraid of lawsuits. HR doesn't have the power or balls to make a stand and get rid someone like this....

    I'm so glad someone started a post on these two woman. They have been getting away with low level business practices and less than desirable coverage skills. If Brenda didnt over that doc in riverside should be out of a job. she is a HR nightmare!! I've heard some many random stories about this woman. someone hit it on the nail..HR wont touch a middle-aged single mother of two.

    Yes. HR is weak, useless and don't do their jobs, same as these two.
