to get rid of people, today's new territory maps will push a bunch of people out the door. Smart move.

The maps were drawn by people that had no concept of anything we do. They manipulate our sales data, gives us little support with our products, and never address our concerns. Oh well, it's a job I guess. LOL!

Could someone explain to me the sense in having major decisions made about zip code and territory mapping changes without consulting the very people that run these territories and districts on a daily basis????? The BS about run your territories like they are your business is out the window! If this was "my" business I would not arbitrarily make major changes based solely on zip codes and whatever else they look at! I would look at my district and see what works best for this area, who has the best relationships in each area and make minor changes and corrections as needed. And if I was leadership I WOULD TRUST AND LISTEN TO MY MANAGERS AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY BASED ON THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS!!!! How in the hell could they possibly think they know more than the people WORKING day in and day out in these areas??? We have all been saying it, but, once again this is another prime example of how this once innovative and fresh approach to the Pharma industry company has fallen to the "Big Pharma" mentality. Time to start accepting those recruiter phone calls and letting them know I am listening.

Territories are just as big and look pretty much like the old Epilepsy alignment. Looks like they paid the vendor too much to do nothing. Matt said the territories would be smaller and adjusted to fit the business opportunities for both Onfi and Northera. This did not happen! So sad -what is happening to this company? Soo disappointed with the leadership here !

Its HQs fault - they keep sending us managers and dictating from HQ without listening to the people on the ground - and until this mentality is changed or leadership is changed we are going down the creek without a paddle…

these jagoffs can't be that stupid to not realize the mess they created, has to be calculated to force attrition.

HQ reads these posts. We all know that.
I would love them to answer this question. Every psych territory has a minimum of 3 Otsuka people selling Rexulti and at least 2 others with Brintellix. You've moved me into new geography where I have no relationships.
From the perspective of the customer - after all aren't we customer focused? Why should this office want to allow me as the 4th voice on Rexulti and 3rd voice on Brintellix into their office?

The BS about planning for Lundbecks future is stupid. We live in the here and now. Let's reorganize for 2022 and forget about the 15+ partners every rep has today. Stupid!!!!

If you think we are going to be "partner free" by 2022, think again. One damn thing I do know, is that they sure as hell can forget the 8 calls a day BS! That ain't gonna happen! "No Sample Rex" is truing into a joke! When Allergen comes out with their new atypical, you can bet your sweet ass they will flood offices with samples and an even better copay card. Otsuka is run by complete idiots! No market savvy whatsoever!

    2016 will be very interesting.
