    Can't wait for that Orlando meeting. Red Roof Inn type hotel and our new $65 dinner per diem. Going to be awesome.

    We get to wear Mickey ears, role play, and practice doing monthly lunch budgets. All for 2016 cost cutting. Yet we are growing!

    This company is a sad caricature of what it could have been. JA is a phony and he has definitely risen to his level of incompetence. So impressed with himself. We will have a meeting in February and he will tell us how great he is and how this is a world class company. What a joke - the data is so manipulated and the only one making any real money is JA. This is becoming even more and more of a joke. Why would anyone half way competent sign contracts like Lundbeck has? We need the resources - really?

    The only reason the Gamma sales force was hired and then expanded was to hit the metrics in the Takeda contract. This will trigger a milestone payment. However, intelligent minds recognize that after that payment is made, there is not a need for so many people. Pink slips will follow. Just follow the money.

    Matt did not sound good when he opened Call Planning webinar today. Said 5 top performers left the company. Who are they from Neuro group that left Lundbeck?

    Matt who? I think they want to run off a few people to get the headcount down. I know 2 that will more than likely give their notice the 1st week in January. Man has this company done a 180 in a short period of time! I am hearing tons of complaints about managers! Watch the pressure ratchet up big time next year!

    Who are the top performers that left? There are a couple of corrupt managers that JDC lets get away with anything..but they are his drinking buddies, and in case you haven't noticed are all of his managers are men..I don't know of anyone in Neuro who isn't looking..too bad this WAS a great place to work

    It was an awesome place. I came over here based on the way the Neuro Divisions were run. It didn't take long for the negative changes to take over and run off all the great Neuro and Psych AMs.

    One of Jeff Del Carmen's ABLs is a woman. The others are men. Jeff did not make much effort to get to know the Account Managers that reported to him in Neuro. Matt And Dan B-before he left sent more messages to the field force. Half of Neuro now reports to Eluzabeth who is more in touch with her people. Let's see what happens in 2016!

    JDC just wants to drink with his buddies. Let's certain ASMs get away with whatever they want. Thankful to be in the East..I know several colleagues with documentation and ready to go to HR..it's gonna be quite a new year

    This place is stupid! It started out with so much promise. What went wrong? I guess the management ie John and Peter( and whomever else rotated thru) got over excited with themselves. These are good products (psych) but only so much can be had - they hired good people but all things combined to sink the ship!! Reporting is a joke - no # no pay =no good people. DO NOT TAKE A JOB AT THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN NOT GET A JOB ANYWHERE ELSE - YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A DUNCE AND YOU WILL NOT BE PAID A BONUS

    Agree- If you don't make your numbers and most won't due to horrible data capture, the company won't pay you much if any IC, won't allow you to apply for another position, brand you a non performer, give you a needs improvement year end evaluation that comes from HR based on your stacked ranking report, no pay raise, etc.
    All the while the company acknowledges the data capture issues, ask for patience and does nothing to fix it. ASMs get an earful from their teams, push it up until they are shut down by the powers that be. That is why it is a revolving door of middle managers and AMs. They hired good people with consciences that will not screw over their teams just because they are commanded to turn up the heat.
    The con game is over, everyone is playing the game and many are waiting for the opportunity to leave. It's a house of cards.

    This place is a joke! More people out the door every day because of the bogus data capture. Don't listen to management when they say don't compare numbers with your co-promote partners. At least it will show you the truth- the company is lying to the reps so they don't have to pay bonus. And with the goals now in place and the new Gamma team they will pay out even less. The only thing good around here are the products - upper management is stupid and are just enriching themselves at the expense of the company
