If the expansion is for high volume IM docs, great. If to introduce more bodies in an already crowded cardiology space, it will be a disaster
Another classic example of failed leadership who understands nothing! So in one breath... we understand access issues, physician apathy, competing against a well positioned gold standard and other meaningless rhetoric. Answer?? Let's throw more bodies at a situation and increase share of voice with docs who we fight everyday to see and/or don't want to see us.. thanks for the confidence, Richard and gang! Get ready, once again to reintroduce an antiquated sales model that was phased out and despised many years ago.. what a joke
Leadership is beyond disconnected. When you don't listen to your people on the front lines eventually your people will keep their mouths shut and then nothing gets accomplished. I've never seen such unorganized leadership in my years of pharma. They are now going to cause even more chaos. It blows my mind how leadership can completely and obnoxiously overshoot with goals, provide no resources to the sales force, and want unrealistic expectations and when things aren't where they should be it becomes the sales forces fault with no adjustment to goals that they could not have been more off on setting. And they wonder why there is zero loyalty from the sales force. Such a toxic environment.
Are you getting paid? Are you forced to work here? Then STFU and do the job or leave or go start your own company- There are plenty of skilled people that WILL do the job. So take a hike and do NVS a favor
