Aptiom Goals!

What the hell. This mono therapy launch meeting will be like a herd of cattle getting shuffled around for 4 days. Lots of wasted money that should be used to pay more bonus and hire better managers.

 

Anyone ever had Daul ride in the car with them?? heard is was a terrible experience!!

No. No. No. NO! The monotherapy indication will save this dying never able to launch product. Just wait. Don't you already see it in your sales goals? Oh ya, they haven't released them yet with the HUGE bump in quota because of the monotherapy indication (which IS a JOKE). The gloves have come off boys and girls. Those lagging will be cut. Sad to say but over 65% of the sales team will have to be put on plans if they enforce the decision to place people on plans that are below 85% to goal. Just sayin'.

My quota is 5 TRX weekly and I average 6 and I'm ranked #1 on my team.

 

Boy oh boy. That monotherapy indication sure has allowed me better access to my offices and really increased my sales line trend ------ NOT!! Ha Ha. Our product sucks. How much longer will they allow us to get paid when this product isn't generating enough sales to pay for the gas in our company cars? About to go to the gym, but a little worried.

Quotas remain a cluster F. You still have reps with low quotas blowing it out with 5-6 scripts a week and others getting 3x's the scripts and not even making quota.

 

A Class of 2nd grade kids could come up with a better comp plan than these clueless drones that call themselves managers.

 

If you're selling Aptiom, the only goal you have should be to find another job.

 

Managers don't make the comp plan, it's the twits on Waterford Drive!

Not field based managers you nit wit. Upper managers at the corporate level.

 

What is the secrecy with numbers and rankings? Chirp chirp. It is like crickets with performance. Is the new contest still going on? Have not heard about it for weeks.

 

It's a mess with the goals. Crazy that territories with lowest goals win presidents club. I mean reps that get 5-6 scripts a weeks winning trips is F'ed up big time while you have others reps getting 3-4x's the scripts with nothing to show.

 

Haha lots of one hit wonders who had 3-5 script quotas and won a PCE. Truly laughable.

 

Goals are still so screwed up here. Tired of driving revenue for this company and getting screwed on goals.

 

Update the resume and test the open job market.
