Without a doubt the Chicago Manager has to be the worst. Has no sense of herself and forgets her reps are her customers but instead treats them all like children. If you misbehave you will be punished, maybe thats why everyone wants to leave and join Sunovion!!!!!

 

I thought everyone really liked her? Did her job well and respected her team?

 

I think she just lost another rep! Yeah, everyone likes her to her face but behind her back, can"t wait to leave and we are not talking about the alpha team manager!

Not a good environment, many more are looking to leave in the Chicago area. The problem is the managers are looking for people who will just knuckle under and be subservient to them. Managers forget that the reps are their customers. it is the manager who should bend over backwards to assist the rep. Unfortunately, this manager feels as though she should have her behind kissed or else.!!!
