I know, I know, chicken little. This time though it's true.
That big meeting we all had amongst our districts and trying to get the best inflection for 6 weeks? It's because at the 7 week mark ( Thanksgiving) they will announce layoffs. GSK knows after that, it's not going to be pretty in terms of motivation and increase in sales.

Best wishes to all! I for one have been ready to leave for a long time! At least I'll take the buy out and save someone's job in my area.

Of course they are, Breo, Anoro and not selling and no good plan for the future. Tanzeum good but new Novo drug works twice as good. This company is like a giant Turd with nowhere to land. Watch out below.

And RTP is moving to PA. You can either agree to move to be part of the applicant pool to be considered for your own job in PA, or not move and find another Co to work for. So much for people first. It will only get worse when Nucala flops like Anoro and Breo/Arnuity.

DM here, If i have an opening its filled by an Inventiv rep. Even though i will manage them I will not have access to their salary. Think of it, GSK doesn't have to pay for their benefits and I would bet that they are earning about 20% less than a GSK rep. My prediction, and only my prediction is that within 2-3 years if we are still around as a company is that 30-40% of GSK will be a contracted sales force.

    HEARTBREAKING

AZ here. Come over here when you can! We haven't had a layoff since 01/12, and none are foreseen! Our CEO, aka "The French Fuck", thinks SOV was just invented! We should be good for years to come at AZ!

LOL!!!! I am on the inside (won't tell you my exact position, low on the totem pole) and have insight to field sales size and structure. There are no layoffs planned that I am aware of. Anything is possible but nothing this year. The OP is purely speculating or just here to cause mischief. Again, anything is possible, but a field restructure is not in the pans for 2015. Work hard and enjoy your holidays folks!

Nucala is huge. We've already identified 200 people in the US that are dying to start using it. there may be another 5 or 10 out there that we don't know about. I hope they can supply the market for this huge uptake.

How will Nucala be priced? Will Andrew have a low price to support the sale of high priced oncology drugs? Or will he gouge?
