What the heck is up with the Publicis these days ...hear laid off reps and managers .. not getting offered new contracts....even sweat hogs with gold stars!

Should someone tell them....bolt for Inventiv?

No contracts anymore....or do the touchy points just want a fresh new boatload candidates? ......

 

My top 10 PSS quotes this year:
1) "we are getting cars"
2) "the contract has been extended"
3) "your metrics have been increased this quarter in order to obtain the bonus"
4) "your call volume has been increased again in order to obtain the bonus"
5) "I know this is our third field ride this month, but we need to get one more in this week"
6) "some of you will be hired by the contract company after the PSS contract is over"
7) "there will be another contract waiting for all of you when this one is done"
8) "your bonus now depends on the performance of the whole team"
9) "we just did an audit of your expense report and we found an error on a report from 6 months ago, please correct the sign in sheet and resubmit by the end of business day tomorrow"

The experience of many...
Was a great gig for the independently rich, second incomers or the retired looking for some
jingle. now its big pharma feel. more pressure and less personal ROI.

 

I couldn't get over the hostile manager calling me after 10:00 PM!
...freaking pissed because they thought you were mean to some girl in the district that want to fuck.

 

So in other words, they do not know what they are doing, they are lying to us to keep us here longer, working us harder - asking us to work overtime with no extra pay, and flying by the seat of their pants with last minute requests. Right?

 

You got it! And that's just the short list.

 

why do you expect anything different?.. Loser retreads who couldn't cut it or even get hired by big pharma.

What happened to publicis? I thought you guys liked to rehire the good workers, tried and true and skip on the dead beats... I know people who are still not hired again. Guess that means the re-hire group. Getting hired without wares on the resume is not easy, but with resume its not easy either.
