Another rep on Scott Burns' team quit. He loses a rep every two weeks and DSI still keeps this guy around. Nice guy, but dude, stop micromanaging your people.

He is a moron and any success that his team has is in spite of him. Not because of him. It's time senior management finally recognizes this guys ineptitude and does the right thing come January.

 

According to what Rob told the training class today DMs will find out in November along with. ABD s Reps interview early January for their spots

 

Does every rep interview? Or just ones squeezed out by territory shift?

 

Wait, RL came into the training class to tell new hires about the layoff timelines? Really? I guess if that's the case this guy is really a true train wreck; is he trying to piss everyone off?

 

Yes, I was there. This is the second time he addressed our class. He told us we have to interview and compete for a job.

 

Yes just ask any DM of the 80 new reps at training this week. I found out when my rep called me crying and I felt like an idiot because I know nothing. I thought I had until January but it now looks like 4 weeks Sucks !!!!!!!

 

this is what makes people angry. Told one thing last week. New information and updated this week but only shared with training class. I got this information from 4 different DMs with reps in training. What if you don't have anyone in training. You just hear it on cafe pharma. Sad very sad

 

It is upsetting. It like learning about sex and birth control from the neighborhood pervert.

 

Why would anyone think he's telling these people in training the truth? I would not believe a word that comes out of that scumbags mouth. I still think all the positions will be assigned.
