    I'll vote for that idiot in FL; wow feel sorry for his reps lol. But yah most of managers here are useless and clueless but there are also a couple of good ones. I'm sure they will be leaving soon..

    the managers here have been neutered. Everyone says Yes and Rah Rah! They are not realistic nor or they original in their managerial styles. Primary care field rides, ridiculous feedback and shoveling all the crap on the AM 's. Ballless, clueless, incompetent,useless, airplane flying,paper shuffling,accountless,.... RBD's.

    OB. Worst manager by far! Little little man...gigantic ego... Corporate doesn't want anything to do with him... (Except his girlfriend party planner) the rest of us feel sorry for them...he gossips about his own team and they dont even know it...

    You have posted this in more than 1 location. If you have an issue with Brad then you need to address it directly with him or with HR.

    That's the problem! You can't address anything with this pompous group of managers. They dismiss anything that doesn't come out of their mouths. Nothing but a group of Yes men and women. They don't won't questions,comments or their ideas challenged. I believe any conversation here begins with a low deep bow at the waist and to kiss the ring. This is a dictatorship not a democracy.

    Funny, I never thought of any company as a democracy. Imagine if the sales people got to elect their leadership???

    Agree 100%.. OB is a joke. How does this rude little man think so highly of himself? He constantly talks about his favorite subject...himself. Piss poor manager. He is a gossip and the way he talks to his reps is horrible... How has he not been turned in to HR and fired?!?

    He has been reported to HR. I did before I left. This company doesn't seem to care. OB is so arrogant he doesn't care. JDC doesn't do anything about it either. He just wants a drinking buddy

    It doesn't matter who the hell you report to HR even going as far as the ombudsman - the king protects his court and NOTHING is done...

    HR can not continue to ignore the litigious behavior displayed by the above named asm...he should have been fired by now, not for his lack of business sense but for the way he treats people... It is abusive and He has several lawsuits against Lundbeck ready to go because of him. In business you just can't talk that kind of trash about your own reps and have it not come back to you... My bet is he has 6 months if he's luck... If he's as smart as he thinks he is he is looking
