    TPC is luck not skill.... And I won it! Luck of the draw. Meanwhile, reps with 30 shares win while reps with 90 shares don't. Total bs.

    It's a popularity contest. Who can play the role of the best robot fawning over all of Columbus' brilliant ideas? Oh and don't forget to use your Ipad on every call. But don't get too in depth and go down a rabbit hole. LOL

    You sound like one of those New York crybabies. My share is sooo high but no one in Columbus appreciates me. Go to work, use your IPAD ask for something and keep your mouth closed. Be thankful of what you have because you wouldn't survive in the Real World of selling.

    Why does an informative thread always turn ugly with name calling. We all work for the same company. We all do the same things everyday and we all have the same issues with our company. Instead of turning on each other we should be banding together to help each other. This is a good job. I make a decent salary. My kids are out of college and I own my house. I will be out of here within 2-3 years but I don't know if you men and women in your 40's will be able to last. Let's work together

    Management likes it this way. If we focus on each other, than we won't focus on them. District average bonuses?? That's one way to destroy incentives and have the survival of the fittest take place. Everyone struggling to get credit for the most mundane activities and results. Things have been bad for a while, but since 2008 its been awful. The housing bubble burst, economy tanked and our beloved Prez was elected. The pharma industry shrank and our fearless leaders realized all leverage from the sales force was gone. So they turn the screws. Do more with less, not replace headcount. Micromanagement. Entering phantom calls in salesforce. Let's hope if this economy ever truly recovers with a new president, the good people have somewhere better to go, if they don't start treating us like professionals again.

    I take offense at that statement. I won TPC last year and it was for Highest Share, no wait maybe it was for?????Come to think of it, I have no idea why I won. My colleague signed a huge contract (3 hospital system) and her share went up 18 points ytd. She could only smile and congratulate me. What a job.

    It is not a good sign when good managers leave for no reason. 2 more district managers have resigned this week. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

    Its the worst job in AN Ped sales. To be micromanaged by those that kissed enough a** to be promoted, but couldn't sell sell a raft to flood victims.
