    Call me an ET alien...but I dont believe all managers would do this...
    Most people I know would move on to a better, more civilized, win-win jobs. Doing this to people would not be acceptable to a good manager; in fact, many would probably refuse to engage in this any thing like this.

    Wake up....most people are not the real creeps you're describing.

    Jeesh, talk about someone who needs to wake up! Have you been on extended leave for the last ten years? I've long since lost count of the number of careers that I've seen sabotaged.

    Warning: There is a CTL on anti-depressants who is behaving extremely erratically. She cannot focus on the conversation, makes threats about firing, makes up information on FTR, loosing touch with reality, etc. Posting this because I am concerned but there is no mechanism to help this CTL without exposing myself to her wrath. Almost like she is manic at times. Embarrassing in front of customers-who barely tolerate CTLs in the first place. Speaks off-label if she thinks it will close the deal. (I dare not say anything, I just offer the PI and address the off-label information at another time). It is clear that the system has allowed this ticking time bomb to exist and there are likely many others.

    You must act for her and yourself. Call the ombudsman and describe the situation with clear examples of behavior. Her life , yours and others maybe at stake. I would not ride with anyone exhibiting such behavior.

    Warning: There is a female CTL who is becoming more and more out of touch with reality each day. Paranoid and delusional. I pray that she gets the help she needs before it is too late!
