All his micromanaging has resulted in declining sales. Alisha please get rid of this guy and watch sales increase.

Is the whole country as dysfunctional as the north east...people leaving in droves, being run out of once succeful territories because a ABL or SAM doesn't like them, nurses being micro managed and brow beat, nonsense busy work given to "look" busy, constant blame the reps for poor management decisions???? Is it? This place has become insane, I couldn't even make half the crap up that's going on.......dysfunction and toxic are the two words that come to mind...... Just Wow.

My opinion is the Northeast is in a complete state of dysfunction while the rest of the country is mildly dysfunctional. If you break down the Northeast, Pitt and Philly are by far the worst. The ABLs should not be here. Matt should not be here. The issues have been well documented with the Buffalo situation, turnover, and poor results. This is a beyond a toxic environment the reps and nurses work in. It is not healthy working in one of the above areas. Just ask someone who left if they would ever return and if they are relieved they are gone.

Sometimes we forget Novartis is a public company. The goal is to maximize returns for shareholders. This means if the rep, ABL, RD or above are not adding to maximizing share holder value they need to be terminated. If HR wont terminate them, HR needs to be terminated. As a shareholder of NVS I want Matt terminated NOW.

Look at how many people he forced out. Now the dirt on him is out will HR do something. My bet is no.

The fact that he's been dead last, turned over once thriving territories into unproductive ones, caused mass distrust (back stabbing, disruptions, chaos) and he's obviously not what a Pharma company needs as a representation..... He needs to go.

Matt - since the competition is crushing us and it looks like Lemtrada will erode more of Gilenya's market share is your game plan to increase the level of micromanagement and hire more bad ABLs like the Pitt and Philly ABLs?

He is the smartest guy in the room. Who is in last place 2 straight years what a dummy. The entire Northeast hates him. Will somebody fire this clown.

Trust me you're lack of any type of leadership, no rep in my area and in fighting is helping my numbers..... Laughing all the way to the bank! Flame away losers!

    - love your Genzyme Rep.

Don't worry I am a Gilenya rep and I want you to kick my ass. This way my crappy ABL and RD will be fired.

You must be new to the MSBU becuase if not, you would now that nothing will happen except rep downsizing. The miserable fucks that have made this place the shithole it is will never be fired. Maybe recycled, but not fired. Look at what CM has gotten away with over the years...named in a sexual harrasement suit costing the company millions, running off every manager that has worked under him, and being a corporate bully to everyone under the sun.

With all the downsizing of the past few years novartis has created an environment of survival, and people do bad things to survive in a toxic place. There's bad behavior all over the place, that is not unique to the MSBU.

Is he still here? I haven't looked at email or done anything but interview for two weeks..... About to get out and drop another bomb in his bosses laps.... Wait and see!

^^^^ completely true. We here at Novartis reward failure, spreadsheets and lack luster leadership...

I get it. Impact. Like a cluster bomb has impact. Like Ebola virus has impact. Who can disagree? Wonder what that award looks like? Maybe it explodes and sprays the office with shrapnel when placed on a shelf? Impact. Yeh, OK.

I work inside and Matt is not liked. People find him weird with a personality of a wet mop. He has interviewed many times and nobody wants him. Maybe we can trade him to Alcon for a can of spam.

Vince must be happy with Matts demise. Is he ready to take over?
