Yep. When we're not here, we're (along with the csr's) doing our best to sabotage any O2 referrals coming in because those referrals have NOTHING to do with any skanky sales rep's work (or lack thereof).

Where did all his hate and envy originate?

Substitute the words "hate and envy" for the words "despise and Loath" and ask again.

Once i find out your location,i will turn your world upside down. What the hell is the matter with you?

    Good luck on that endeavor.
Hint- you might want to search which locations go through many sales reps because we've been doing this for quite a while. While we can't negate every O2 set up, we CAN screw enough referrals over time to keep our revolving door smoking in circles with new reps.

I believe Rotech is great. I think you are just a miserable person who has nothing to live for. I guess all that is left is to spew negativity. I think your mentality is sad but glad your gone from Rotech because I am still here and do not need your negative attitude spreading like a cancer.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.

Any whore can carry a box of donuts and some pens with the company mantra into the same doctors offices over and over while the underpaid csr's and PST's do ALL the work. To bad the sales ho's dont have to complete the set ups themselves for their points.

BULL! You can give a 100% to this company have a positive attitude and prove yourself reliable and NEVER get noticed by this company.. Unless you consider a raise that would fall short of buying a cup of coffee at a truck stop to compensation for your efforts? HR is worthless... The kind of thing that drives hard working employees away

Rotech created this atmosphere of "US vs THEM. Underpay those who actually do all the work while celebrating worthless sales reps who do nothing but annoy doctors offices to collect points for equipment they need anyway is a sure recipe for resentment.

So true! Sales reps are dead weight... These referral sources have to use us in most cases.. It's an insurance carrier driven industry.. Sales reps are just parasites living off the efforts of others.
