    I believe that's a qualification for leadership at GSK.

    After all the pros from Dover either left for greener pasture or were either VRIFed or managed out by the really successful Patient First model. What is left is pretty much contract level sales reps with a little diversity added for good luck.

    The PDI contract rent-a-reps years ago were very good and very professional.

    They also tend to be young, inexperienced sample droppers who are glad to work for half salary and no benefits. They sound like a perfect fit for GSK.

    Why is Breo's growth so bad? The focus on NBRx is making a lot of teams look bad.

    no sir......that's how I made it to retirement recently....I know what y'all are going through, but nothing new......they are always changing things and testing reps and pushing them to the breaking point......always been like this since 2000 and always will be !

    Just know it's not like this everywhere else. GSK is a very twisted place to work. Get out and move on like many others have. You'll be glad you did it.
