What happened to S Baker. One of our better reps. Seems to be a trend in our division.

Not true, she got tired of competing with her manager for the vanity mirror in the car

Would have still been here if she didn't have such a tool for a DM

This is true. Not a bad manager but is a true Know It All. Doesn't learn from his tenures reps.

If that's the case, everyone should leave. Columbus is micro managing central. The morale is so low in the home office, that they try to make everyone on the outside as miserable as those on the inside.

No one cares about the home office. They are a revolving door of misfits. As far as micro-managing, the rumor is that the goal is to reduce the sales force 25% by next year. This is a fact. They are trying to drive out reps first with micro-managing and if they don't get enough to go then they will eliminate territories.

Listens to no one in his districts. Good reason he is not well liked

the previous poster is correct. There is a directive to reduce the sales force. I do't know if the percentage is correct though. Concerning the mgr everyone is slamming. Enough, is anyone happy with their manager these days?
