So you turn to insults to make your point. Yes, you are clearly the bright one in this scenario. Poor soul!

Isn't ironic? You clearly still "work" for Nephron, and are hanging out here...what was that about a better mental position? Honestly, you are making it to easy, starting to feel sorry for you.

Top talent keeps leaving Orlando. Nephron, is it that you don't want to be better?

Wow! Did the author of the article use Nephron as the model company for the article?!!! How long can the SC site be propped up by the Orlando revenue?

Be wary of joining this firm. Blood stains the hallways, dripping from redbottom heels as the owner paces the halls.... an indicator of the souls that have fallen in her wake.

The place is cra-cra, run by one with the intelligence of a pre-adolescent child.

I actually love working for Nephron. All companies have ups and downs, which can be sad but I don't see why all of this negativity is necessary.

I feel the owners and management do their best to make the company successful and the best for their employees. Unfortunately, sometimes people lose their jobs while doing this.

I just want to say THANK YOU Nephron for my opportunity. I love you!

Your optimism is charming, but unrealistic. Once you have worked for a few other companies, you will then realize, as was noted in the post earlier about characteristics of a bad company, that Nephron quite literally embodies all of them. Yes, all companies have 'ups and downs', but that is not to say that all companies are basically ok, and that it is just individuals' perspectives that differ. There is a difference between being positive and naive and positive and realistic. But again, optimism will get you really far in life, especially when that optimism is tempered by thoughtful realism over time and through experience. Too many people start out and end as bitter negative people, so good for you!
