You are delusional if you think a cadaver lab will stop closing down. Have you heard about the Zimmer lab in Parsippany?......gone!

 

Zimmer purchased the market share, not the cadaver lab. It's already snowing in Warsaw.

John Kyger and Jackie Ross are still in place genius! Get your facts straight. Looks like there will be a triple threat in KC with all 3 managers leading a great team of reps!

 

Kyger and Ross will both be gone. Great group of reps? Not one of us even likes each other, especially the other company. You need to check yourself genius! Biomet rules at the end of the day

 

I head they were going with someone else out of Springfield in KC? Did they decide to keep the other 2 zimmer people? What's her name and the new guy? What's Masons back up plan? Seems like that guy has been a staple in KC for years.

 

Zimmer/Biomet made the decision to replace the local Zimmer lady and her little sales mgr with the Biomet guy from Springfield. Then the curious decision to keep both of the people they replaced and Mason's little sales mgr. Now there are 4 managers in place to micro manage the sales teams who can't stand any of the management team. Cluster doesn't even come close to describe what's going on.

 

Are they closing Jacksonville?

 

JAX is history, now or sometime in the future....get over it.

What is the commission rate for a full line sales rep in a Zimmer Biomet direct territory?

 

The stuff is going to hit the fan in KC real soon. Biomet team has till this Friday to sign their deals or hit the road. The Zimmer team is having their come to Jesus meeting next week. The new manager is getting back stabbed by the old Zimmer managers and the executive team is ok with the disfunction it has created. Word on the street is the Biomet boys from St. Louis are taking the whole thing over soon. Please someone put us out of our misery!

 

I, for one, welcome our new Zimmer overlords.

 

St Louis guys would be great....they have a good team

 

The St. Louis "Dave's" would rock! The local team here is weak and getting weaker everyday because they constantly talk negative about they others. The St. Louis guys would get things in order quickly and not have this unstable, disfunctional environment for the reps. Give us a break...Stacy, John and Jackie cant fix this problem. We need strong leadership now!

 

Be careful what you wish for. Dave and Dave from St. Louis do not mess around and their brand of running things could be tough for some to take. They are very successful but run things their way and don't accept outside input very well.

 

Anything is better than what we have now. 3 stooges who all are just thankful to have jobs! They could care less about us reps and how we are impacted by all of these decisions. Give me a strong, confident leader anytime.
