The new format of the BI TOOL is beyond horrible! Why did they screw with something that worked fairly well, and was easy to use? I will never use it again!

Yep, they screwed it up big time. I won't look at it again either. They took some that was simple to use and turned it into a nightmare.

I wonder if they really, really believe we think the data in the BI Tool is even remotely accurate? I am totally convinced the data is now being rigged. This is absolutely unbelievable!

I'm with you! My data is all over the place. Up then waaaayyyy down. It can't possibly be rolling in like that.

Yes the new BI tool is horrible but certainly not worse than the data! Lundbeck manipulates the data for sure. When there are two partner companies and nothing matches up they can say and do whatever they want. Maybe Glover Johnson will address that on his teleconference - HAHA!

Either they don't purchase all they need to at least give the impression of accuracy, or they manipulate it to control bonus payout. I don't know which, but I don't know a single person that has ANY faith whatsoever it the sales data! It's the worst I have ever seen!

But, there's not a thing you or I can do about it, except leave when the opportunity arises for more money and a smaller territory, and a better bonus system. Opportunities are definitely out there. As far as Glover J. goes, he came from Big Pharma, with Big Pharma ideas. But with the change in our Lundbeck "culture", he should fit it in perfectly.

Data manipulation has gone on sense the inception of Alpha. Most have grown weary of trying to spark positive change. Lundbeck Psychiatry is a contract organization and the sales data is for the dominant owners of the drugs we co-promote. The recent crack down on ridiculous call averages in these huge territories with a specialty that is known to rove over a huge geography is more a direct sign of what kind of organization we work for today. Also the email a month ago that told us not to share sales data with our corporate partners even though it's our customer data from our territory so that we can business plan effectively. We know our data is shit but now we can't look at what our counterpart says we have in our territory. Why? What is Lundbeck hiding? I think we know the reason. Save money and exert control over the field. They can manipulate out any Account Manager at any time with these mocked up sales numbers.

We compare data all the time, and will continue to do so. There is definitely something going on between the "partners" in re sales data. It stinks to high heaven!

Here is something interesting for all to do. Go back to the Lundbeck posts here on CP prior to October 2013. All was going great! Very, very few negative posts on CP. Fast forward to today, and all you have on CP are negative posts the kind you will find on any big pharma CP thread. Yes, things have changed big time. Now get ready to hit that 8 calls a day metric on Monday!

I'm part of the beta wave and came here to work for a different kind of pharma company.

Right now it is starting to feel impersonal. Eight calls a day! Most of can't possibly hit that even if we had no partners--territories are so large and the nature of psychs taking appointments. In our room in Orlando, we were specifically told a call is Face to Face. So no leaving a study behind to make the call. Also the data cannot be correct. How is it one week you can be down 50%?? And the goal setting is crazy too. It's not based on volume of branded. It can't be. They are looking at total volume and heaven help you if you have Drs who only write generic it makes the goal unattainable.

There is NO doubt the data is being manipulated the lower bonus payout. All because Brintellix sales are flat to possibly declining. Now, they (the Takeda fools!) have come out with with something totally insane…segmentation. Talk about absolute desperation! Now, we have an all day meeting to role play this BS!! ROLE PLAY SEGMENTATION MESSAGING! can they really believe this will generate even 1 extra Rx? Are they that totally separated from reality?

It's all too simple how to increase Brintellix sales. I will spell it out for those too mentally challenged to figure it out for themselves. One, better managed care coverage, and two, an equal copay card with that of Viibyrd.

Folks, idiots are now calling the shots, manipulating sales data, and killing what morale is left. Not a good situation.

Heard about this too. Everyone I have talked to agrees with the above. Takeda is in trouble, and desperate as well. Their reps are actually more miserable than GSK reps, and every single counterpart I have want to leave ASAP. Their management team should all be placed on Rexulti 4mg today for psychosis. I really think our management team is being forced to roll out their idiotic plans, and would sincerely like our culture to rewind to 2 years ago. The unknown is big pharma Glover.

Takeda has never been all in when it came to Brintellix, and never will.

There is definitely something going on with our sales data. Docs that normally are showing up every week for Rx's have gone to 0. When I ask if something is going and if they have slowed down, they all say no. I have one doc that absolutely swears he has at least 10 patients on Rex, and his nurse verifies it, and 0 have shown up since day one. This manipulation of data by Lundbeck, is obvious. Everyone has noticed it. This is just one more reason why it's time to go.
