The goals went up for you and me but for a good number of our colleagues they went down. It is interesting that although I have come close but not hit goal all year, the quota keeps rising. The ones I speak of that went down, have had much better success at goal attainment this year than I. Weird and totally inconsistent.

The winners are the ones who barked at these insulting low ball offers. It's obvious that this company does not step up to the plate ready to win. Buyers be ware.! I feel for the reps not having other job options and needing to be at a place like this.

Lundbeck has become a bridge job for most of us. With well more than half the original Alpha team gone and the Beta team members scrambling for other jobs it has become a revolving door of Account Managers. But who in upper management is asking why? No one. The core is a fraternity/sorority of leaders who have surrounded themselves with minions who say yes, get paid well, and have job security. The rest of us will never see the inside, always feel threatened for our jobs and paid the bare minimum compared to industry standards and tenure. It's the times we live in, hundreds lined up to take our place, a scarcity of jobs, and uncertainty ahead. Welcome to the 21st century Lundbeck and Pharma. I love all my peers, and I will make the best of this, and I will take my time and look for the next great opportunity. It is just around the next corner or the next or....

Open spots gobbled up by one of the foot soldiers? Or just a top member of the old boys club?
Insiders rock is what I hear...new hires are fewer these days.

That sounds low for a CNS specialty position.

Lundbeck has lowballed the salary of any rep they could. Many reps received very low salaries. It's a shame, but I guess that's what you get.

Depends on the sales force and the hiring mgr!

Some were brought on at 115 and even a little higher. Depended on previous salary as well as how much your hiring manager wanted you.

They did offer very low salaries to see if you would accept or not. Some very good reps were hired at very low salaries. Lundbeck will reap what they sow. I think 2016 will bring some interesting changes at Lundbeck.

What sales force got the 115+?

Not the poster you responded to, but my own little prediction is that we will have layoffs to one degree or another. Terrible management decisions, no control over Brin & Rex., wasteful spending (i.e. mandatory speaker programs over and over contributing $0 to the bottom line) for useless meetings, etc., etc., etc.,

You just described big Pharma. I don't this is Lunbeck specific, it's all of Pharma. Useless metrics and job instability across the industry. The dang golden handcuffs keeps us all in the industry. The high salaries and bennies beat other industries and keeps most here despite all the BS.

I've gotten conflicting stories on the salary here. Some say they low ball in 80s and some say they get 120+...... What's the deal?
