Completely agree here! I know 2-3 really good Onc reps- looking but they want nothing to do with BMS in Columbus....odd!
I interviewed a while back with a couple of these BMS clowns. I totally understand why they would have trouble hiring and keeping strong candidates. BMS will want to pull these two in an some point and help them with their people skills!
R u speaking of Roger the Dodger?..... If so, he is good.... BMS is paranoid.... They treat people like juveniles... Roger has to go along... Not his fault
These two are the some of the best in the land - I've worked for a few companies and they both get it and have helped me a ton. Btw - the person in Columbus was a successful promotion.
