Increase in next years health care employee cost along with less coverage. What's next?

Shire is being acquired and this helps lower the losses on the books. Flem shit will get a nice golden parachute.

Mandatory labotomy and permanent sterilization for anyone who supports KK and her inept leadership. So, basically about one or two people. The copay went up to $100. I think any rep would be willing to front this for those one or two to be "corrected"

Being sold plain and simple. Reducing costs while increasing call averages historically indicates the organization is being acquired.

Why are we biding on Baxalta if we are trying to be bought out ourselves? That seems to have the opposite result usually and I thought it was a tactic used by a company facing a hostile takeover? Didn't Baxalta just recently try that but it fell through?

Nice to hear from an EX employee. Sounds like you still are grieving your job loss.

Because we cannot grow the way FO promised without buying more products, or escape blame by getting bought. Our market growth is driven by prices, R&D hasn't given us anything past BED, and we need to hire more people so we can fire them.
