This is about leadership. This is about an incompetent person who is our VP. This is about a complete destruction of morale. Why do you think so many people continue to quit? Why did one of the best DM's in EC quit this week? Why do so you think they will never release the results of that survey?

We have zero leadership at the top. She is not someone who inspires. She is not someone with vision. She does not command respect. She is not the type of person others want to naturally follow. She is an embarassment. It stuns me beyond belief this person is in charge. It stuns me that she is so disconnected that she thought sending out a work of fiction called kates corner was a good idea after months of silence.

Wake up upper management. Until she is replaced the field will continue to flee this sinking ship. Hire someone who inspires and the bleeding will stop.
