I am starting to think Olson is as incompetent as Spees for not doing anything about him. He is absolutely hated by everyone he manages, both reps and DM's. My question, what value does he bring? Unless you value destroying the moral of your team and never setting foot in a hospital to say even a "Hello" to any customers... Scott... Take a minute to ask anyone that works under Spees what they think of him. I think you'll be surprised at the answer. So WE beg you... Please send him to the used car lot in Lansing, MI were he belongs !!
