just wondering if anyone would be interested in starting a list of all the people who have left the company since 2014??. I think it would be amazing to see just the sheer volume of people.

so by the time they reach 100% in all districts they remove the history and expectation of high earnings. So this can easily become a job paying 50k a year and that's that. And it's not digging ditches after all. After all the vac is 20 years old and the standard of care. Double digit growth isn't even possible. The goal now is protecting the current business, and that is pretty much dictated by national contracts. New products need a sales force, the vac is all customer service at this point.

Obviously you are post acute or not in the company. Sure VAC does its thing, nothing changed in 10 years. But you think the focus products in acute sell themselves? Don't kid yourself. Every specialty product sold is 100% because of the sales rep, since the products are terrible. Let's see how revenue is doing after turnover, a 4 month vacancy and then a 21 year old college kid starting for low pay. They get what they pay for.

My district is 90% turnover in 24 months.

As I stated, new products need a sales force. Should have said focus products, sorry. But I stand by what I said

    Phil Croxford
    Ricci Whitlow
    Carl St. Bernard

lots of other "lower level" key people who are missed terribly, probably more upper level that we don't even hear of and thus don't miss.

Who were the two Georgia TMVs who bolted?

I'm one of the recently departed (escaped?) and there is life after Acelity! I had a great district and a great DM, but could no longer deal w those beyond the district. Too many brown-nosers like JS to deal with.

WOW! Top performers with many years with KCI! This really saddens me. I wish them all the best of luck. This place has gone nuts

More resignations to come. Just take a look at the numbers trending on the weekly report. Focus products are way below quota requirements and a select few are getting paid. I've only been here 4 years and it's never been this bad. Management knows there is a problem and refuses to change anything in a timely manner. It's always next year.
