Everyone that knew about diversion is gone, including tenured alcon legacy, That tried to go to BPO, Ben N would get back at Alcon legacy through SDA, reviews etc. it's called retaliation look at hardly any alcon legacy people are left

 

yes south Florida is real my friends diversion at its best. Look at anybody that new about it they are gone or being retaliated against, the ciba upper management protect each other. Alcon legacy are constantly being messed with, we never stood a chance. Why all the new title jobs in Texas. What the hell the does Dave L do? Everyone that was in on the diversion was elevated up. Anybody that caught on and went to BPO is slowly getting weeded out. Criminals at work right in front of eyes

Surgical is over. They stopped paying decent money 3-4 years ago. The best reps have left or looking to leave. RDs like RB make that company a joke. He would stab anyone in the back to move forward. As a EM/VM he used to sell his none Alcon trade ins to a 3rd party company to sell oversees. It was based in atlanta. Rob would buy wine to hide the cash. Guy is a tool and made a fortune ripping off our company. I am looking to get out of here soon. God bless all the good ones left. Glad I am close to retirement. Feel sorry for the young employees.

yes his power has been reduced greatly, but i know he is trying his best! I know a few strong surgical reps had enough and have retired- mainly to keep the health benefits before those are snatched away.

no way a third of the surgical sales force will leave, no matter how bad it is
